...changes have been made of late in the arrangements of the 'varsity crew. Three more men have gone into regular training-Alexander, L. S., Clark, '91, and Perkins, '89-making the number now at work fifteen. The tank fills the expectations of the management, although there are still some drawbacks in its working.
