Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak reportedly has warned Sudanese officials that they are risking a military clash with Egypt by allowing the camps to operate, and the U.S. is considering adding Sudan to its list of countries that sponsor terrorism, but none of that so far appears to have had much effect.
