Twelve representatives of Harvard University and the same number of the Freshman Class will take their last practice row of the season of '98 on the Charles at 4.30 this afternoon. Owing to the unsurpassed rowing activity of the season and the close competition for places among their number, these men must feel that they are true representatives of the strength of the University and trusted as such.
