Winning four straight matches, the Freshman tennis team made a clean sweep when it met Browne and Nichols yesterday on the Divinity Courts. None of the sets went to extra games, the Crimson players winning with little difficulty. The most interesting contest was the doubles match in which J. D. DuBois and Parke Cummings of the Freshman team defeated Babbitt and Parker, 6-4, 6-4. The other results were: in the singles, Captain Pfaffman defeated Parker, 6-1, 6-2; C. W. In the doubles, however, the Andover players had everything their way and won all three matches, the third by default...

C. players made only one error. On the pitching staff Brigham and Collins are both reliable. The former is the more brilliant, but will probably not start today, on account of a split hand received while knocking down a hard liner...
...positions will be filled by the men who held them on Saturday. A slight change in the batting order may bring increased power. Lincoln, a fast base runner, is lead off man instead of Conlon, who has shifted to Lincoln's former place at number three. Owen is still clean-up hitter, but Blair, rather than Janin, immediately follows him, Janin batting eight. Although Buell started the practice game on Monday at the right field position, Crocker is slated to cover that area in the initial innings today
