...Measure”, the album’s fourth track, incorporates a hefty string section into a complex, upbeat and rhythmic song, whose simple, harmonic vocal arrangements seem to channel the Beach Boys. Choppy strings and a prevalent rhythm section give the track a uniquely clean and peppy feel, making it one of the album’s most enjoyable tracks...
Obama's decision wasn't surprising - in his State of the Union speech, he dedicated prime space to hyping nuclear power - and on Tuesday, Feb. 16, he reiterated the need for a "new generation of safe, clean nuclear power plants in America." His proposed budget, released at the start of the month, would triple existing loan guarantees for new nuclear plants. While Obama has still done more to promote renewable energy than did any President before him, environmentalists are increasingly worried that greener sources like solar and wind are being downplayed in favor of nuclear, clean coal and biofuels...

"Greece is playing by the euro zone's rules and it will put its house in order," Greek Finance Minister George Papaconstantinou tells TIME. "To borrow words from an ad: Watch this space...

He has been in office just a year but is widely expected to clean up the mess it took the Bush Administration eight years to create. And he has to do it while dealing with some of the worst partisanship I can recall in recent history. Anyone who remembers Economics 101 knows unemployment is the hardest and last problem to be solved. Give the President a break...
