Many experts believe that the recent job trends will continue for the foreseeable future. Service-industry jobs should climb to 73% of the work force by 1995, vs. some 70% today. Major gainers are expected to be secretaries, cashiers, nurses and salesclerks, according to projections of the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
