Dartmouth's winter carnival, according to the program made public by the Outing Club, will surpass any event of its kind ever attempted before. Invitations have been sent to 160 colleges to take part in the outdoor events from February 8 to 10. A dance on Thursday night, February 8, is scheduled to open the list of events, and will be followed by the production of "A Full House" by the Dramatic Association.
