After speaking in Milwaukee last night, President Lowell, who is chairman of the National Executive Committee of the League to Enforce Peace, will spend to day in Chicago, ill., where he will lunch with the Harvard Club. In the evening he will attend a dinner at the Congress Hotel to which 76 leaders of industry, commerce and finance have been invited "to consider a program for a permanent league of nations to become effective at the closer of the present war."
