Harvard's spring football practice officially began yesterday afternoon when 75 men reported to Coach J. L. Knox '98 on the Business School Field for the initial workout of the season. After some of the preliminary work was over the men were divided up into teams to play touch football. The entire practice yesterday was rather informal but with the coming of Coach Horween today, it is expected that a little stiffer program will be on schedule...

Even though Horween will not arrive from Chicago in time for today's workout, the spring conditioning will be started at Soldiers Field at 2.30 o'clock this afternoon under the direction of Coach J. Leaving after the conclusion of this week's practice, Horween will be absent for about seven days but will return to Cambridge to take charge of the final week of the spring session...
