Civic Repertory Theatre. Eva Le-Gallienne's enterprise got underway for its fifth season with one new presentation, The Green Cockatoo by Arthur Schnitzler. Mr. Schnitzler's playlet advances the notion that slumming was a popular diversion in France during the reign of Louis XVI.
