About thirty men assembled last evening in Sever 11 in response to the call published in yesterday's issue. Mr. Taussig took the chair on motion of Mr. Cohn. On a motion that a committee of five draft rules to govern the society, the chairman to be the presiding officer, Mr. Taussig appointed the following gentlemen to serve: Messrs. Garrison, chairman, A. C. Coolidge, Thoron, Kalopothakes and Prof. Cohn. Mr. Garrison took the chair.
