The decorations conferred upon President Eliot by foreign powers are on exhibition in the show-case in the Treasure Room of the College Library between 10 A. M. and 5 P. M. daily.
President Eliot will leave Cambridge this morning for Williamstown, where he will speak on "Municipal Government" this evening before the Good Government Club of Williams College. While in Williamstown he will be the guest of President H. A. Garfield.
