The Spectator very rightly says: "A reliance upon skill and strength, however, will be found to be more useful than precedent when they come to start next June." We believe that the freshmen can produce a crew capable of scoring a victory over Columbia, if they are willing to take upon themselves the "hard, steady work," that is always a necessary factor in success...
