THIS book has been so popular in the past that comment on its general usefulness would be superfluous. It is only necessary to say that its usefulness is much increased in this new edition. The book now seems to be so complete as to meet every requirement in its way. Many a dispute has been settled and many an author studied heretofore, with its aid.
