Balkan newsmen smelled a Hitler-sponsored Balkan bloc arising, and believed that this Yugoslav-Bulgarian "neutrality" had the blessing of the Rome-Berlin Axis just as Rumanian and Greek "neutrality" was blessed by Britain and France.
