...fifth concert by the Boston Symphony Orchestra was given in Sanders Theatre last night. The strength of the programme lay mainly in the instrumental numbers, especially the Beethoven "Erioca" Symphony. The Berlioz Scherzo also, with its striking orchestral effects, was most excellently rendered. Miss Henschel, the soloist, seems to have quite too light a voice to sing with full orchestral accompaniment in so large a hall. Her first number suffered on this account.
