...sure it makes sense to talk in those terms. I think it's inevitable, partly because of technology, partly because of travel, migration patterns. I do believe that America has a special role to play in trying to lift up a set of ideas, a set of rules of conduct for countries that aren't imposed by force but by example. I think our economy has helped to provide a template for other countries, our judicial system has helped to inspire other countries...
