...London, Conn., June 12, 1905.--The University crews arrived here safely this afternoon. Upon its arrival the eight rowed to the Navy Yard in short stretches at a slow stroke. The men rowed more smoothly and had better control on the recovery. The four-oar was sent upstream for a mile, and pulled a snappy stroke well together. A great improvement has been made in the quarters, with the addition of a large new dining hall and kitchen. The crews are housed in separate buildings...
