Four rules govern the contest and are as follows: Each manuscript must be signed with a pen name and accompanied by a sealed envelope containing the author's name, address and occupation. There is to be no limit to the number of manuscripts which one person may send in. Each article received before the fifth of the month will be considered for inclusion in the following issue and all material whether printed or not will be considered for the final prize which will be awarded at the close of the contest.
