The field of sports and general athletics seems to be the only place where our colleges meet on friendly rivalry. ...tennis tournament at Longwood yesterday the finals in doubles were won by Sears and Dwight, who defeated Hooper and Dodd by three sets to one. 1n the single contest Dwight first beat Presbrey 6-1, 6-2, and then beat Wheelwright 6 2, 6-2.
