...Haitian-American hip-hop band the Fugees certainly deserved their nomination in the Album of the Year category, as teenage country crooner LeAnn Rimes did hers for Best New Artist. There are many cooler places for them to do it. Most evenings a party evolves at Dottie's apartment. She moved there after her parents forbade her to smoke marijuana at home.
