...Yale Literary Magazine made its first appearance this year in its October number, and is remarkable for the high standard and general excellence of its pieces. Perhaps the most praiseworthy are "Count Tolstoi and My Confession," and a beautifully expressed poem, of much greater length than the average literary poem.
