Gross, 77, president, then chairman of Lockheed Aircraft Corp. from 1956 to 1967, who turned the struggling company into a leviathan; of gunshot wounds during a break-in by intruders who also shot his wife and a live-in housekeeper; at their mansion in Villanova, Pa.
