...Cornell received an incentive when a complete program of crew events was announced together with the news that Graduate Manager Berry has leased the Oaks, Cornell's historic training quarters at Highland, as the training quarters for the rowing squad which is now in training at Pough-keepsie. ...opinion that Coach Courtney will develop two eights this year, one a two-mile crew for the Yale-Princeton and University regattas, and for the junior university affair at Poughkeepsie, all of which will be two-mile races.
