...tells me that he is Prince Franz, presumably a distant cousin of the Leopold clan. My suspicions about the prince are heightened when he hands his consort one of those throwaway cameras and instructs her to snap a shot of him with Crowe. Certainly nothing that a real royal from Britain would do. But the Euro-royals are known to ride bikes in Holland and wait at bus stops in Spain.
