This afternoon, Alfred Cowles, Yale '88, Caspar Whitney, Harry Beecher and the Beard brothers of Yale visited the quarters. Mr. Lehmann had the 'Varsity out for about two hours this afternoon, the crew showing grace and evenness in the short stretches rowed. The Cornell 'varsity and freshman eights both look well, and the river is lively now with the crews each rowing twice...
