About forty-five men responded to Lieutenant Robinson's call for candidates for military drill yesterday afternoon. A very enthusiastic meeting was held, at which C. C. Yesterday was a bad day on the river as the tide was very low and a strong wind which interfered with the work of the crews was blowing.
