Haverford, Pa., Oct. 5.--In the intercollegiate tennis tournament on the courts of the Merion Cricket Club today, R. Leroy of Columbia, defeated J. I. B. Larned '05, in the semi-finals of the singles, and F. J. Sulloway '05 and J. I. B. Larned '05, defeated Rendell and Richardson, of Princeton, in the semi-finals of the doubles. The match between B. S. Prentice '05 and E. B. Dewhurst, of Pennsylvania, was postponed until tomorrow. The winner will play R. Leroy of Columbia for the intercollegiate championship in singles. The summary follows...
