DANIEL PRATT has been addressing the students of Dartmouth, and the result is an unusually bright number of the college paper. The Dartmouth's notes on the early history of the college are interesting, and the locals have the rare quality of being amusing to others than the students themselves. Simmons's friends claimed a foul, which was not presented to the judges, as Cogswell, the winner, was not the man who interfered with him.
