A forerunner of the CRIMSON poll was the choice of Senator La Follette over the other Presidential candidates in a ballot conducted yesterday of members of the Liberal Club. Just four votes separated the Wisconsin Senator from John W. Davis, the Democratic nominee, with President Coolidge running third.
