...Yale Courant has blossomed out in a most gorgeous, patent, back-action poem, with a button-hole attachment. It is entitled " All on a Summer's Day"; but the caption is delusive, for we find no rhythmic suggestion of the boom-jing-jing. It begins with forty lines of descriptive verse, when suddenly the lovers appear on the scene, and the author abruptly turns from Wordsworth to Dante-Gabriel Rossetti.
