...more. Officially recognizing the female entries, Delaware's new Dover Downs scheduled the world's first fully mixed event this week, billing it as the "Jack and Jill race" and identifying the female riders as "jockettes." At Lincoln Downs, the track bugler her alded the racing debut of Mary Clayson, a 32-year-old mother of two, with a rendition of Mame-her nickname. Esposito, 27, made his big-league debut in 1964 with Chicago. In three successive seasons he racked up 20-plus goals but inevitably played in the shadow of Bobby Hull. Since then, he has been frequent -and unwelcome-visitor to Czechoslovakia. At Cierna, where the Russians and Czechoslovaks fell out over Prague's liberal line, Czechoslovak National Assembly President Josef Smrkovsky reportedly observed that Katushev argued the Soviet case "with the toughness of two Molotovs put together." At year's end Katushev was in charge of the delegation from the Kremlin that made an inspection tour...

Sorceress Huebner, who affects clinging outfits of silver for her increasingly frequent broadcasts and public appearances, made her official debut last July at a folk festival in the Hollywood Bowl, at which everyone was supplied with red candles, garlic and chalk and instructed to repeat after her three times: "Light the flame, bright the fire, red the color of desire." The spell was supposed to increase sexual vitality, and some reported...
