...from the runway, a hangar will be erected to house WhiteKnightTwo and SpaceShipTwo, the tandem craft designed by aerospace engineer Burt Rutan. WhiteKnightTwo is being test-flown now; SpaceShipTwo makes its public debut in Mojave, Calif., on Dec. 7.
