A $1.6 million facility currently under construction in the Biological Labs will hold approximately 11,000 of the small furry rodents and attend to every want from decor--the halogen look--to health concerns--the facility will be completely virus-free...

PLACE LOCATION DECOR WHAT I ATE IMPRESSIONS WHY NO ONE GOES THERE Leo's Place JFK St., in between CVS and Whitney's, a bar which no one goes to. Yellow stools, yellow molding, yellow, yellow, yellow. Hot Dog with mustard, relish, and onions and a can of Sprite. When I ordered my hot dog, the guy asked me if I wanted mustard, relish and onions. I said "Yes," so he put onions on the hot dog, gave me a packet of relish, and he told me where I could find the mustard. The clientele consisted of a couple scruffy...

...queue jerks forward again. Up the steps and in, after nearly 2 1/2 hours of waiting. How did tourists manage before there were sneakers? We go up the Grand Staircase, which is not so grand compared with other royal stairs -- Versailles, the Winter Palace. Much of its decor is covered in plastic sheets to save it from the friction of hoi polloi...
