Foot. The foot of one Eric Hamilton was crushed in an elevator. A tuberculous condition of both bone and flesh of the heel developed. Dr. William F. Reinhoff, resident surgeon of Johns Hopkins Hospital, began by cutting off the tuberculous part of the heel.
