Penn. State and Brown were both easy victors Saturday. The former defeated Gettysburg, 27 to 12, and the latter, recovering from her defeat by Amherst a week ago came back and beat the Williams eleven 33 to 0. Neither Gettysburg nor Williams, however, have displayed much ability this year...

Princeton meets Lafayette. The latter's record has not been such as to indicate a strong opposition to Princeton's well-known defensive strength. Seven innings of baseball, characterized by extremely loose playing by the Rovers yesterday afternoon resulted in their defeat by the Calumet Club, by the score of 8 to 0. Several substitutes were tried out during the game, Abbott and Coolidge being the only regulars who played.
