While Harvard does not loom as Indiana's strongest opponent this season, after her defeat at the hands of Purdue, Indiana's sister school and traditional rival, the interest in this game will probably eclipse that in any contest of this year's schedule. Indiana is out to settle forever the supremacy of the West over the East, of the Big Ten over the Big Three, or its 1927 equivalent, of co-ed schools over the purely male variety, and in particular, of Indiana over Harvard. With the advent of the ensuing lean years on the Stadium gridiron Dartmouth continued to carry off football triumphs until last year's last minute comeback enabled the Crimson to interrupt the string of Big Green successes.
