...days, al-Qahtani stonewalls his handlers and maintains that he went to the U.S. to get into the used-car business. "You are working with the devil," he tells his captors. The interrogators respond by forcing him to stand or sit immobile on a metal chair. He tries to deflect questions about where he went in Afghanistan with answers apparently drawn directly from an al-Qaeda handbook, given to terrorists, about how to resist interrogations. When al-Qahtani resorts to a handbook answer, his handlers reply that it amounts to another admission of guilt...
...delighted to hear that rapper Snoop Dogg would be gracing Harvard grounds. However, the HCC failed to deliver the goods. The commission clearly worked hard to secure the performer—the College as well as Boston Police Department served as insurmountable hindrances—but they cannot deflect any blame for his absence. This time, despite magazine reports of his recent engagement to Alias star JENNIFER GARNER, 33, BEN AFFLECK, 32, is just keeping mum. And so are their spokesfolks. The photogenic pair, who met on the set of Daredevil in 2002 and confirmed their rumored romance with some canoodling in Fenway Park at last year's World Series, have carried out a much quieter courtship than Affleck's former dalliances with Jennifer Lopez (now married...
