Last Monday, the Agassiz Neighborhood, next door to Harvard and filled with Harvard owned properties, won a major victory in the battle to control its own destiny. After weeks of delay, legal maneuverings and postponed final votes, the Cambridge City Council voted to down-zone two blocks in the Neighborhood.
