Hon. George S. Boutwell, ex-Secretary of the U. S. Treasury and ex-Governor of Massachusetts, has consented to deliver an address on "Public Speaking" before the University. The date has not yet been fixed, but it will be on some afternoon because of Mr. Boutwell's age.
