Arnold Lewis Kowarsky '31, of Brooklyn, New York, former secretary-treasurer of the Phi Beta Kappa Society, was elected first marshal of that organization at the first meeting held last night. David Demarest Lloyd '31, of Plainfield, New Jersey, became second marshal at the same time.
