...Stockholm dental clinic will be Mr. Eastman's fourth institution of the sort. First and model for the others is at Rochester, N. Y., his hometown, recipient of more than half his philanthropies. The Rochester Dental Dispensary was started in 1917 under direction of Dr. Harvey Jacob Burkhart, 69, onetime (1899) president of the National Dental Association, two-time (1902-04, 1915-16) mayor of Batavia, N.
