Congress Week. Not all of the 22,000 delegates to the American Bowling Congress bowl at the same time. They arrive in installments, bowl, post scores and depart. Until bowling alleys-pine, shellacked seven times-have been used for a fortnight or more, experts find them unsatisfactory.
