...Lowell School of Practical Design, in its announcement for the coming year gives evidence of a very prosperous condition of affairs. The school occupies a drawing room and weaving room in the building of the Institute of Technology on Garrison street. The expenses of the school are borne by the Lowell Institute and tuition is free to pupils.
