And there is reason to recoil at some of Starr's tactics; he included far more sexual detail than was necessary to prove his point, and at times ignored or discounted evidence that contradicts his case. ...irreducibly human facts of the case, as detailed in Kenneth Starr's report, are liable to be lost as readers weigh competing legal claims or gasp at the long train of sexual detail.
