Obviously, the best time to meet one's classmates is during the Freshman year. The Freshman Dormitories were built to help co-ordinate the class but unfortunately, the advantages which they offer, have not been fully utilized. Athletes develop a broad acquaintance with the many men with whom they come in contact. Publication work offers a similar opportunity. But the great mass of undergraduates pass their first college year with only a handful of friends.
