...David and Sharon Schoo of St. Charles, Illinois, found that out last week on returning from nine childless days in Mexico. The couple was arrested at O'Hare Airport and charged with felony child abandonment, cruelty to children and misdemeanor reckless endangerment for leaving alone daughters Nicole, 9, and Diana, 4. The girls were left with a refrigerator full of food and a note full of instructions -- but no information on how to contact their parents. The children were found when a fire alarm went off and Nicole called 911. The girls are now in state custody...
