Usage:

...rebel representatives signed a draft peace accord near Paris. The rebels will be part of a new national reconciliation government that draws ministers from across the Ivorian political spectrum. The deal calls for President Laurent Gbagbo to cede some of his powers to the new Prime Minister, Seydou Diarra, a respected Muslim diplomat who served as Premier in 1999 and 2000. The rebels dropped their demands for Gbagbo's resignation and immediate elections. They agreed to disarm. And progress was also made on the question of Ivorian citizenship requirements, which Muslims believe Christians have manipulated to keep them from power...
