Though the general plans for student volunteer work during the coming winter are not yet complete, some new arrangements have already been made. For the first time, there is to be an assistant director in the work, whose duties will consist largely in helping Mr. Birtwell and in attending to such clerical work as may be necessary. The scheme for boys' clubs in East Cambridge is meeting with great success.
