...HRPC report. President Pusey's damper on a housing exchange until the Harvard Faculty gains authority over resident girls finally has upset the tacit timetable. Surprisingly, except for an unsuccessful phone call interceding on behalf of the Winthrop-Currier coed plan, Mrs. Bunting has had no known direct communication with the Harvard administration on coed housing. Radcliffe has apparently accepted at face value President Pusey's insistence on Faculty authority before coed housing is possible. Hence, the back-of-the-mind idea that merger would some day come has given way to a good chance that the Radcliffe trustees meeting...

Also Television. Warner-Lambert has sound reason to speak plainly. When the company first tested small-size, slyly indirect newspaper ads for Pristeen in San Diego and Pittsburgh, the results were indifferent. A later test, using direct, full-page ads in Atlanta and upstate New York papers, as well as more colorful packaging, brought an enthusiastic response. According to Ed Vi-mond, president of Warner-Lambert's products division, that test showed that "80% of adult women are interested in purchasing such a deodorant." Alberto-Culver and its agency, N. W. Ayer, advertise FDS on TV as well...
